Fit & sizing

Size guide

All measurements below are in inches. Compare your body measurements to the chart — not to clothes you already own — for the closest match. Stand naturally, breathe out, and keep the tape snug but relaxed.

How to measure

Use a soft tailor's tape. Match Chart 1 (bust, waist, hips) to dresses through trousers; match Chart 2 (chest, length) to sweatshirts and jumpers. Between numbers, round to the nearest quarter inch.

  • Chart 1

    Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, level across your back. Comfortable — neither loose nor tight.

  • Chart 1

    Waist

Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

  • Chart 1

    Hips

Stand with feet together; measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat — usually lower than where trousers sit.

  • Chart 2

    Chest

For sweatshirts and relaxed layers, measure around the chest at its widest point, under the arms, tape flat and level.

  • Chart 2

    Length

For tops and jumpers, measure from the high point of the shoulder straight down to where you prefer the hem.

Sweatshirts & jumpers

Garment graded sizing: chest and hem length describe the piece itself — broader and longer than shirts that follow Chart 1. Layer over tees or slips as you normally would.

Choose with confidence

  • Inches throughout. Use the same tape and posture for Chart 1 body points and Chart 2 references — then choose the bracket that aligns closest overall.
  • Between two sizes? Pick the smaller band for a sharper fit, or size up when you favour ease across the shoulders, bust, waist, or hips.
  • Fabric matters. Wovens without stretch often feel more literal; forgiving jerseys and sweats (Chart 2) allow a little extra room once on the body.
